When you submit an application we may collect your name, contact details, South African ID number, residential address, motorcycle interest and supporting documents such as bank statements, ID and licence documents. We only collect information necessary to review and respond to your application.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to review your application, contact you regarding next steps, and where relevant, share necessary details with our finance partners for the purpose of assessing finance options. We do not sell your personal information.

Document Security

Uploaded documents are submitted securely and stored in access-controlled private storage. Only authorised ADC administrators can access application documents. Access to and downloads of documents are logged.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We process such requests in line with applicable privacy legislation including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
