Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms
- By accessing or using the ADC Motorcycles & Battery Centre website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- ADC Motorcycles & Battery Centre reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our products and services.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices displayed are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price at the time of confirmed purchase.
- We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), cash, and approved finance arrangements. Payment must be received in full before goods are released unless a finance agreement is in place.
- Finance applications are subject to approval by our third-party finance partners. ADC Motorcycles is not a registered Financial Services Provider.
3. Delivery & Collection
- Customers are responsible for collecting purchased goods from our showroom unless a delivery arrangement has been confirmed in writing.
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be subject to delays outside of our control.
- Risk in goods passes to the customer upon collection or delivery.
- A valid ID and proof of purchase are required at the time of collection.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- All sales of motorcycles are final unless the product is found to be defective or does not match the agreed specification.
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of purchase and are subject to inspection.
- Accessories, PPE gear, and batteries may be returned within 14 days in original, unused condition with original packaging.
- ADC Motorcycles reserves the right to refuse a return if the product has been used, damaged, or modified.
5. Warranty
- New motorcycles come with a manufacturer's warranty as specified per model. Please refer to your warranty documentation for specific terms.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or failure to follow recommended service intervals.
- Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
- Batteries are covered by a limited warranty as specified on the product. Warranty does not cover damage due to incorrect installation or misuse.
6. Limitation of Liability
- ADC Motorcycles & Battery Centre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant goods.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid motorcycle licence appropriate for the class of motorcycle purchased.
- ADC Motorcycles is not responsible for any fines, penalties, or legal consequences arising from the unlicensed or illegal use of a purchased vehicle.

- We will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
- Any unresolved disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
